Your journey with us

In our Operational Transformation Team at Deloitte Belgium you manage and collaborate on challenges that our clients face, with a focus on business transformations. You will guide our clients in major business transformations to achieve sustainable change. You as a manager will:

• Shape, lead and execute major transformation projects at our clients
• Help shape organizations, governance and operational processes
• Design & implement continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence
• Ensure the client’s leadership is aligned and willing to be a true sponsor for the change
• Actively contribute to business development for the growth of our client portfolio and to achieve our business goals
• Manage budget, timing, and staffing of our projects, career and performance development of your team
  
  

Let’ Talk About You

You have:

• A master’s degree with an economic, business, or engineering background
• Between 6 and 10 years track record in leading projects related to operational transformations.
• A proven track record of guiding organizations through business transformation projects and / or operations leadership
• Technical expertise combined with a drive for project management and good knowledge of continuous improvement & operational excellence methodologies
• Excellent skillset related to communication, business development, and solution-oriented working
• Professional knowledge of English and Dutch or French
• People management skills and experience
• Consulting experience in an international environment

We operate in environments where business operations are under pressure due to a variety of causes like international market trends in sustainability and digitization or internal challenges like rapid organic growth, buy & build transformations, outdated business models, etc. That is why we support our clients with optimizing their operating model, company governance, operational control & agility, operational efficiency and cost reduction. We advise, design and implement solutions focused on “heart of the business” challenges for privately owned Belgian headquartered companies.
