Votre fonction
The EMEA Operations Analyst is fully responsible to set, develop, automate and maintain the reporting and analysis model for the EMEA operations/distribution activities. The OA is willing to identify the defects in business models and operations. (S)/He will conduct analysis, investigate workflows, operational/business procedures, and recommend changes to improve service levels, performances, and reduce the costs for the company. Based on strong analytical and statistical skills, (s)/he is working alongside with the operational management to solve problems internally and implement goal-oriented strategies and practical solutions, while providing the business with the relevant KPI’s and awareness to continuously improve the distribution model :
- Accountabilities EMEA Operations Reporting & Analysis (EORA)
- Service, performance and cost improvements
- Operation productivity measurements
- Project
- Takes part in LSS/improvement projects.
Votre profil
The ideal candidates are bright, creative, and talented individuals who enjoy working with some of the world’s greatest brands, in an environment that blends cultural, multi-lingual, and ethnic backgrounds, with :
- Master’s degree, specific to Management, Supply Chain Management or Business Analytics.
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Basic knowledge in SQL language and development tools.
- Advanced analytical and statistical skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into SOP.
- Ability to work with several reporting tools (POWER BI, MS SSRS).
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Good communication skills: providing guidance, feedback and the support needed to the other team members.
- Language skills: fluent in French and English is essential.
- Operation management skills – root cause analysis, troubleshooting, operational solution design.
