Job Description

Main tasks

Support the definition of the site annual budget and manage the monthly Product & Lost (POR) in order to meet site financial commitments
Coordinate and allocate manufacturing resources to support monthly, quarterly and annual targets
Ensure a safe working environment and follow all safety regulations
Responsible for Operations Plan implementation
Ensure the performance of the Plant
Manage the strategic plan and the work force planning
Develop industrial performance and create synergies with the ISV organization
Plan and guarantee the projects of optimization of the production tool and cost management

Reporting & Analytics

Analyze site production metrics, data, and processes to develop strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity
Prepare annual expense and capital operating budget.

Talent Management

Build and develop a solid partnership team on all key functions
Develop direct reports and other team members in the area of personal development, systems thinking, process improvements and leadership skills

Health, Safety and Environment

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Oversee and promote HSE program and practices, ensuring that high stands of site safety are establish and met
