The state-of-the-art FLOWSPARKS platform for digital learning modules is growing fast.Through its growing success and by the increasing demand of our customers, we are looking for an Operations Project Manager.

Your role

The Operations Project Manager is responsible for monitoring the performance of the project team, ensuring that the operations meet the clients’ standards and internal regulations with maximum productivity and efficiency. The Operations Project Manager manages the department’s budget and allocates materials and resources accurately, maintaining a record of expenses and costs forecasting. He/she coordinates with the clients, discussing project adjustments or additional tasks as needed, and leads project execution and deliverables by determining the team’s needs and concerns, and enforcing strategic procedures.

Your responsibilities

As an Operations Project Manager, you manage…

  • Resource allocation to help maximize ROI and focus on the division’s strategy.
  • Sub-contractor contracts, deliverables, and interlock.
  • And monitor the budgeting, planning, reporting, and auditing.
  • Performance KPIs to surpass the goals of first contact resolution, productivity, and quality of service.

As well you…

  • Develop operations documentation/policies, manage QA and test procedures.
  • Lead daily meetings, planning, prioritize deliverables, and retrospect.
  • Ensure on-time, professional delivery of solutions and artifacts.
  • Facilitate the success of solution projects through standard project management methodologies, coordinating resources and service providers
  • Measure and report progress.
  • Provide weekly status updates on project status.

And last but not least you…

  • Coordinate and drive cross-company communication.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Effective communication between team members, key stakeholders, vendors, and everyone else involved in a project or operation.
  • Time management to keep tasks and activities on track and according to schedule.
  • Leadership skills to effectively manage a team and offer coaching or motivation when required.
  • Problem solving and adaptability required to be flexible and make adjustments as necessary.
  • 3-5+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience with Project Planning tools and methodology.
  • Experience building executive briefing templates.
  • Perfect knowledge of Dutch and English.

Desirable requirements

  • Technical expertise in our domain or industry, to help anticipate problems and solutions before they occur.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Technologies.
  • Office365/Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
