Leap29 are working with a healthcare and technology company who are looking for an optical engineer to join their team to support the introduction of new products in the medical market. As an optical engineer you will be joining a large international team and you will be involved in the development of designing a pair of holographic glasses that surgeons can look into when performing robotic surgery.

Responsibilities
  • Define and validate optical designs
  • Define optical evaluation metrics
  • Define visual test patterns and quantitative evaluation methods for QA
  • Create documentation for conformity with healthcare standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree in optical engineering or similar experience
  • Strong communication skills in English
