???? **Exciting Career Opportunity in Supply Chain - Order Management!** ????

???? **Responsibility/Objective:**

As an Order Management professional, you will be responsible for accepting and managing orders until delivery and invoicing in collaboration with customers. Your role involves overseeing the logistics and administrative documents of orders, providing administrative support to sales managers when needed, and conveying commercial information to customers, contacts, distributors, and branches.

???? **Key Activities:**

- Receive and process customer orders, respond to customer inquiries, and provide necessary information (products, prices, terms, general sales conditions, documentation).

- Handle commercial documents related to customer orders/returns via phone and email.

- Communicate with customers, carriers, and other partners via phone, chat, and email.

- Manage customer files (check, input, and follow up on orders) in collaboration with relevant departments (Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Production, etc.).

- Organize pickups and shipments.

- Coordinate with supply chain and/or production regarding production and delivery times.

- Act as a liaison between logistics departments, production sites, and carriers for coordination on availability and delivery times.

- Prepare import/export documentation in collaboration with internal specialists.

- Coordinate with the financial department in case of credit insurance exceedances.

- Collect and convey information regarding orders.

- Handle customer complaints, disputes, outstanding amounts, credit notes, settlements, and forward them to the respective department.

- Adhere to ISO 9001 guidelines in accordance with quality procedures.

- Formalize and adhere to corrective measures in line with quality procedures.

- Regularly check and report on the execution of activities and results to the direct supervisor.

- Perform backup tasks during sickness, busy periods, vacations, etc., in consultation with or upon the request of the supervisor.

???? **Required Qualifications:**

- Basic Education: MBO Level 4

- Specific Training: Trade/Commerce

- IT: Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel, and various Dehon applications

- Languages: Dutch - Excellent in both written and spoken, English - Good in both written and spoken, French - Good in both written and spoken

???? **Environment:**

Collaboration internally with Supply Chain, Production, and externally with customers and carriers.

???? **Performance Indicators:**

- Adherence to correct order processing

- Compliance with deadlines

- Timely confirmation of orders to customers

???? **Key Success Factors:**

- Ability to work with different departments

- Maintenance of close relationships between departments

- Proactive/Reactive

- Location is Sint-Niklaas. Willingness to periodically work in Bergen op Zoom.
