Deloitte Legal – Lawyers is looking for a Paralegalto assist a team of 20 attorneys with a focus on Tax Matters.

As a Paralegal, Your Main Responsibilities Are

• providing assistance and accurate legal support to attorneys;
• contacts with courts, notaries, administrations;
• drafting of all types of legal documents;
• drafting of templates (such as standard letters, legal briefs, …);
• compiling of exhibits in court cases;
• retrieving of administrative documents via several applications (i.e. national registry);
• deposit of documents via several applications of the bar (DPA, e-Deposit);
• monitoring of court cases and follow-up of legal terms;
• filing documents and managing archives;
• legal research.
  

Your profile

• you have obtained a Bachelor degree in law, applied law, or project/business management – or will obtain this in the near future;
• you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus);
• you are a highly organized, detail-oriented and rigorous person;
• you deal positively when working with tight deadlines;
• you have a can do attitude and see solutions rather than problems;
• you are capable of handling confidential information in a discreet manner and you maintain the highest ethical standards.
