WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A colleague to give support to our Patent Attorneys in the full administrative follow-up of the patent cases they handle for our clients.

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

Amongst others: taking care of correspondence to and from our clients and our foreign agents – accurate database input – accurate docketing in electronic files – managing mailbox – accurate monitoring of agenda and deadlines – follow-up of files, invoices and billing – contact with clients by phone, e-mail – working with other colleagues in team – administrative office management.


YOUR PROFIL

Min. two years of relevant experience in follow-up of administrative procedures, legal experience or equivalent considered as necessary – Excellent command of French and English written and oral and a basic knowledge of Dutch is a plus - Familiar with Internet research, MS office, Outlook and database management – Smooth and flawless use of language and communication – Responsible, with an eye for precision – Able to work independent with respect to existing procedures and workflows – Eager to learn and flexible – Stress resistant and able to cope with tight deadlines – Motivated with a positive attitude – Able to work alone but also in a small team.
