工作内容

In this role:
  • You will manage the operational part of a Payroll system harmonization project worldwide
  • You participate in this harmonization in day to day mode
  • You will manage the transfer of employee data to the new system
  • You manage the payroll for Belgian, French, English and Dutch employees
  • You are the point of contact with these people on HR issues
  • You are the support to the employee administration department
  • You also have a view on the contracts and extra-legal benefits of the employees
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources management
  • You have 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
  • You have knowledge of European social legislation
  • You already have experience in an international structure
  • You are an expert in a payroll function
  • You are comfortable with IT
  • You are solution oriented, always listening to your employees
