What can you expect from this challenging job?

From employment contracts to payroll, changes in social law, work-related insurances, fleet management and HR reporting… with you at the steer, salary, perks and international employment are in good hands.

Colleagues and managers blindly rely on you for timely and correct answers. You work well together with external partners (“sociaal secretariaat”, tax and labour law advisors) and go after the needed information to sort out questions related to (international) employment and hard HR.

Variety, ownership and room to strengthen your knowledge and skills are the keywords for this job.

Key Responsibilities
  • delivering a flawless payroll (blue & white collars, expats) and keeping HR administration up-to-date to ensure full compliance with (international) employment regulations
  • managing pre and post-payroll activities, e.g. time registration (following up on bookings, absence registration, checking anomalies and informing and assisting (new) employees) aligning payroll with accounting
  • contract administration and new hires/leavers registration, personnel files and handling social documents
  • assist employees with questions on social legislation
  • taking initiatives to implement and harmonize employment conditions and benefits in Europe (France, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Italy)
  • liaising with our external partners advisors related to international payroll
  • assisting expats with the administration upon their arrival in Belgium and when they return to their home country
  • HR reporting on payroll and comp & ben data incl. year end closings, social balance and preparing HR budgeting
  • temp administration and liaising with temp agencies
  • providing input for all comp & ben projects
Furthermore, this job offers the opportunity to develop your international payroll, Compensation & Benefits management expertise or towards Training & development.

You work closely together with our HR Business Partner and Administration Director.
