Job Description

Telenet is looking for a Pega Lead System Architect (PEGA)to support the rollout of Pega in our Telenet agile organization.

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Support cross functional squads in DCO sessions while gathering and understanding requirements, and steering the team in development and testing of the use case.
  • Able to design the technical solution and take technical leadership over multiple squads in development activities while ensuring adherence to the COE standards and best practices.
  • Validates final delivered solutions meet and perform to technical and functional requirements.
  • Help set up COE guidelines and best practices supporting Pega development across multiple teams
  • Set up and performs code reviews and reviews alert logs to ensure application quality is in compliance with COE coding standards, UI/UX standards and Corporate Security standards.
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of reuse and portability in terms of enterprise solutions seeking to determine and develop repeatable, efficient and optimal ways of implementing Pega applications.
  • Responsible for stability, upgradability and maximalization of reuse of the Pega applications.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of Pega PRPC 7. X , customer service + sales automation frameworks development experience.
  • LSA certified with at least 3 years PRPC technical leadership experience on large scale projects (version 8 and higher)
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Knowledge of telco business processes, best practices, & policies is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field
  • PRPC Certifications: Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)
