工作内容

The PMO Coordinator is responsible for running the PMO processes & associated interactions.. in order to ensure that MPET can, through the delivery of on time and within budget projects, reach its ambitions to keep expanding on its position as largest container terminal within Europe.

Job:

  • Guard timelines, financials & quality for projects within MPET to ensure alignment with company strategic direction
  • Monitor & control the overall PMO processes
  • Make sure that all our projects are aimed at, and will deliver on, improving and transforming our business, so that on a daily basis we always get a little better at running our business for our customers.
  • Provide standards, guidelines and support for MPET users of the ServiceNow project management system
  • Deliver support to set up a project governance to improve project management within MPET processes
  • Deliver administrative and operational support for the CAPEX budget exercises from both shareholders
  • Provide CAPEX dash boarding for the monthly Senior Management Team PMO meeting & prepares PMO slide decks for the monthly MPET Performance Meeting and the quarterly Project Update
  • Guard (together with the terminal management) on the service delivery of projects by the different internal and external suppliers (PSA IT, ATS, external suppliers)
  • This role reports to the PMO & Project Coordinator of MPET who reports to the CFO.

    Profile:

    Education:

    • Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Logistics, Business Engineering or Finance and/or equivalent through professional experience in the relevant area (Shipping / PMO / Project Management / Continuous Improvement / …)

    Experience:

    • Working experience in an operational environment with emphasis on projects is an advantage.
    • Experience with project management systems is an advantage.

    Languages:

    • Dutch and English

    • Expected to take a hands-on role within the organization, able to show initiative
    • Great in realizing deadlines
    • Organized, accurate and attention to detail
    • Excellent active listening & communication skills (both verbally and in writing)
    • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
