Atlas Copco is on its way to a truly data driven organization and our team and platform are core components in this.The platform team takes care of Solution Architecture and Advisory, Platform DevOps, Support and provides Product DevOps capabilities to the organization.We are looking for a passionate and committed Product DevOps Team Lead, acting as a scrum master for the different DevOps teams. You bring an agile mindset to the organization and help the team(s) being more self-organized while creating constant value to the business and, by that, are critical to overall success of the platform. As scrum master you are the facilitator and coach for your Product DevOps Teams.As a Product DevOps Team Lead you work in close collaboration with the Polaris Platform Owner, the Polaris Solution Architects, the Platform DevOps and Support teams.What you can expect from us?

What we expect of you?Roles & Responsibilities

• Promoting, supporting and educating the Agile team in following and practicing the Scrum framework.
• Coaching the team in self-management.
• Helping the team focus on creating an increment of value each iteration.
• Facilitating the removal of impediments to the team’s progress.
• Ensuring that all team events take place, are productive and kept within the timebox.
• Creating the environment for continuous improvement supporting the overall agile transformation.
• Together with the Solution Architects you refine the backlog for the different agile cycles.
• As team lead of the Product DevOps team, you will be reporting to the Polaris Platform Manager.

Technology Experience

• 5+ Years of IS/IT, reporting and related processes background.
• Good knowledge of business intelligence, data warehouse concepts and data modeling is a plus.
• You have a bachelor in IT, or equivalent by experience.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology. You have at least 3 years of experience as a scrum master in an Agile IT development team. Being a Certified scrum master is a plus.
• You can use tools to accommodate efficient collaborations (Confluence, Jira, Teams, …)
• You are proficient in English, both written and oral. Dutch oral skills are considered a plus.
• Experience in working in a large international industrial company is a plus

Educational requirements

• University degree in Economics, ICT or Business Administration, or similar academic background.
• Fluent in English. More languages are a plus
