Portfolio Manager (m/f/x)

Robert Half is currently mandated by a fast-growing European Real Estate player with activities in Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Belgium and France. In the context of a very fast expansion, we are currently looking to hire a Portfolio Manager Capital Market.

The company has over 20 years of experience in RE development and investments (residential, retail & offices) and is listed on the Luxembourgish stock exchange. The company launched its first fund (SICAV RAIF) in 2018.

In this position your main goal would be to ensure the high standard the company stand for, maintained in their investor relation and investment strategy to facilitate, and ensure the international growth.

Your responsibilities will be as follow (but not limited to)

Market analysis

• Business Development & Sales / Selecting of target investors / segments
• Focus on developing and managing distribution of an (international) partner network of financial intermediaries
• Participate to road show and meet with bank investment managers, family offices, to promote investment opportunities
• Preparing and reviewing of Capital Markets’ strategical business plan and budget planning
• Ensuring that issuance targets are achieved
• Providing market feedback to general management regarding product management and product development

Client Relationship Management

• Structuring the client on-boarding process and the implementation of service level agreements
• Responsible for relationships with providers
• Supervising client and product communication (factsheets, investor reports, ….)
• Ensuring the transaction and post subscription
• Managing of ongoing investors through ongoing transactions and distributions till liquidations including assurance of compliance with regulatory and tax requirements of the funds
• Direct involvement in the complete fund life cycle (E.g., investor drawdowns, investments, determination of dividends to investors)

Product Reporting & Marketing

• Preparing and ensuring quality of Capital Markets’ reporting
• Acting as point of contact towards AIFM and the General Partners for reporting
• Assisting in the setup of general marketing for the Business Development and Client Coordination
• Organizing and leading efforts for opportunity management
• Marketing services and events to increase brand awareness in the market and local Business Development

For this recruitment, your qualifications are :

• Master’s degree in Finance or Economics and a proven track record in Capital Markets
• Experience in BIG 4 / Real Estate / Asset Manager
• French & English, knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or Dutch is an asset
• Commercial attitude and reflex and our able to engage clients
• Positive, proactive, problem-solving and "can do" attitude
• Ability to manage multiple projects on various time scales
• Strong follow-up and client servicing qualities
• Team player
• Excellent communication
