Location: Anderlecht, Belgium - Hybrid (2 days onsite & 3 Days Remote)

About the Role: (Power Platform Developer)

We are looking for a Power Platform Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, and the ability to create solutions that improve business processes and decision-making. As a Power Platform developer, you will be part of the Content and Collaboration Services team (CCS) and report to your CCS manager. CCS delivers collaboration services and platforms to the business with a budget of over 3M€.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Responsible for developing PowerApps model and canvas-driven apps
• Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Create data visualization and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
• Provide technical support and training to users.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Be Practice Customer-focus, ensuring that our NMBS clients are heard and their needs met within the set governance framework
• Know how to engage with, guide, and support your team in an ever-evolving environment

• Participate in Sprint Reviews and project meetings in French or Dutch and English
• Participate in Power Platform Governance activities like technical assessments, and risk and impact analysis on new applications.

Knowledge & Skills:

• at least 2-3 Years experience as PowerApps Developer
• at least 2-3 years experience with Data verse, Power Automate, and Power Apps model-driven Apps
• Demonstrated the ability to translate problem statements into solutions
• support and apply personal development
• Strong skills in JavaScript and XML
• experience with organizing and leading Sprint review meetings
• experience in the domain of people transport is considered an asset
• Experience with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
• fluent in Dutch or French and English
