The main responsibilities of the Telco Pricing team are:
- Develop and maintain the pricing offer for all the products that make up the EBU Telco Fix Data portfolio.
- Ensuring price competitiveness for the whole market undertaken to meet UFE objectives
- Maximise value in all Proximus Telco domains, i.e. fixed and mobile telephony and data connectivity solutions (Explore, SDWAN, Bles & Internet).
- You will contribute to the definition of pricing models and the elaboration of business cases and financial plans for all solutions in the EBU Telco Fix product portfolio such as Internet, single-site and multi-site data connectivity products such as Explore, SDWAN and also fixed telephony.
- You will support the Sales, Pre-sales, Solution Sales teams as well as the indirect channel in the development and follow-up of products and commercial offers for EBU customers, for price deviation requests and all specific requests, including commercial gestures.
- You contribute to the respect of price governance, in particular with regard to the introduction and follow-up until approval of price files (Pricing Alignment Governance Process Files, EBAP process). You will also, if necessary, monitor the pricing plans launched (Pricing Alignment Governance Process file post launch analysis) to help define corrective actions.
- You manage the relationship with Finance, Product Marketing, Regulatory, Legal and Go to Market departments for the files you manage.
- You maintain the documentation of fixed product catalogue prices for the Product Management, Sales, Solution Sales, Pre-Sales and Indirect channel (on the intranet) teams and you communicate pricing information upstream to the colleagues responsible for the systems (ref data).
- Within the team, you share all price information on the products and services you are working on in order to participate in maintaining overall price consistency, within EBU but also across the Proximus Group in relation to similar products on the wholesale and residential markets.
- You participate in competitive intelligence in order to develop benchmarks for fixed and mobile price offers and to understand the positioning of our competitors’ and EBU’s products on their market. In this context, you contribute to the continuous updating of the "EBU versus competition" website and give presentations to the Product Management, Sales, Solution Sales, Pre-Sales and indirect channel teams.
Profile
- You have a higher education degree (commercial, applied economics, finance ...) and you can justify an experience of 3 to 5 years with direct customer contacts.
- You demonstrate a strong customer orientation and an ability to understand customer needs.
- You have good analytical skills and financial knowledge useful in the preparation of business cases and pricing models.
- You enjoy learning. You are interested in technique and technology.
- You approach your work with a global vision and a good knowledge of the market in order to optimise the interests of the Proximus group. You can understand situations in a general way without getting lost in the details.
- You work autonomously and take responsibility from start to finish and systematically aim for results. The search for quality is your strong point.
- You have a good team spirit and do not hesitate to get involved in the life of the team and to share your knowledge and experience.
- You are able to negotiate effectively and make the right decisions in any situation, even under stress and pressure from internal clients.
- You speak and write fluently Dutch, French and English.
- You are familiar with the Office suite (including Sharepoint) and use Excel and its functionalities intensively.
