Hobson Prior are looking for a Principal Medical Writer to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere within Belgium. Our client is focused on creating a future where illness/disease is a thing of the past.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities
  • For this role, you will transcribe and organise clinical and regulatory reports, for example, CSRs, IBs, procedures, summary reports, RMPs, regulatory replies, as well as briefing reports.
  • When needed in pertinent company systems, you will accomplish all time documenting, coaching, metrics database, as well as project tracking updates.
  • You might dynamically contribute to or direct process operating groups.
  • Offer contributions into operational methods/approaches such as to writing teams, procedure operating groups, etc.
  • Train more junior personnel on report planning, procedures, and content.
  • The ideal candidate will offer peer evaluation when required.
  • Any other assigned duties.
Key Skills
  • Communication skills, both written and verbally.
  • A high attention to detail with the ability to be organised.
  • Work well in a team setting.
  • Leadership capabilities in project and process management, along with the capacity to manage time efficiently such as inspiring, deliberating, decisiveness and taking the initiative.
  • Capable of resolving multifaceted issues while under observation.
  • Exhibit learning suppleness.
  • Form relations with cross-functional team members.
Requirements
  • Educated to a degree level, or ideally, an advanced degree level.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical or scientific field.
  • Familiarity with medical transcribing for pertinent clinical/regulatory documentation.
  • Identify how to best comprehend, summarise, and display statistical and medical information to guarantee quality and precision of content in a multifaceted report types while under observation.
