Pro-riders & cycling teams

Be the SPOC towards pro-riders, supporting the riders in all segments (road, cyclocross, gravel, mountainbike, time trial, triathlon etc.)
Give technical support to pro-riders during races
Attend races of Classified pro-riders
Listen to the riders to capture feedback and tips to improve our products
Share feedback of pro-riders internally to all relevant stakeholders (R&D, marketing, service)

Events

Plan, organise & host events we plan to attend
Handle the logistics of attending an event
Plan & coordinate student workers during the event
Represent Classified at the event by informing customers and networking with event organizers, other companies, riders etc.

Your profile

You have a good knowledge of professional cycling in all disciplines: road, cyclocross, mountainbike, gravel etc.
You are able to travel and work during the weekend
You have a solid technical background, being able to technically assist pro-riders
You are an outstanding communicator
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English. Extra languages are a plus
You have a hands-on mentality and can work independently
You have affinity with technological products
You have a driver’s license

You are keen on taking up the challenge to bring a new product to the market
You have a problem-solving approach and you enjoy a scale up mentality
You are positive, thorough, accurate, result-oriented and have an eye for detail and quality
You are organised and well documented
