Process Engineer - Financial Services

Project examples We recently staffed and delivered an end-to-end digital mortgage solution, an omnichannel invest advisor, an intelligent process automation Center of Excellence, designed an API platform for PSD2, defined a digital wealth strategy and much more!

As a Process Engineer you will:

You will help our clients identify process optimization and improve their current processes, performing process analysis, process re-engineering, BPMN software implementation, process mining software utilization and delivery of recommendations.

Your daily job will include:

• Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.
• Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures.
• Assembles reports to document process status and changes.
• Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
• Communicates findings and proposals to upper management.
• Utilizes process simulation software to test and find the most appropriate production strategies.
• Provides thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes.
• Conducts risk assessments.
• Assesses compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.
• Contributes to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Sciences, Engineering or relevant experience in technical fields
• Knowledge of robotics automation tools or prior software development experience is a must (UiPath , Blueprism, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate)
• Experience in business analysis, business intelligence, process mapping, processes integration or process re-engineering
• Fluency in business English; French and or Dutch.
• Having worked with Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM, is a major asset
• Experience / interest in the financial sector (banking, insurance, asset management) is a plus.
