We are looking for a Process Engineer to be responsible for the process design, operation and implementation. The successful candidate will be able to improve our processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability:

oCollect and interpret test data to identify problems, optimize processes and drive continuous process improvements.

oCoach production staff in new process developments / adjustments

oSupport of daily activities in production (e.g. Troubleshooting)

oWork closely with the R&D department on the development & industrialization of new products (end-to-end engineering)

oPlan and implement safety programs, driving force in our health & safety policy

oCooperate in Operational group activities & work teams

oReport to the Operations manager

Profil

oYou have a degree in engineering (EM / automation)

oYou are eager to learn and a go-getter; you like to think outside the box, you take the initiative and you put growth (both for the organization and yourself) first.

oYou show a hands-on, dynamic, mature and result-oriented spirit.

oYou have excellent project management skills, you respect deadlines and you take responsibility.

oYou are a real team player, who can appreciate fun and laughter within the team.

oYou are a good communicator and you are fluent in Dutch and English.Knowledge of Frenchand German would be an advantage.
