As our Reward & Analytics Process Improvement Officer, you are responsible to coordinate the review of existing processes or introduce new processes focusing on improving our operational excellence and efficiency. You have an end-to-end approach ensuring the new processes are properly embedded into the daily activities. Along your journey, you involve the relevant experts and impacted teams to ensure different perspectives are considered, and adoption can be secured. Clear communication along the whole implementation is instrumental for your success.

- You play an important role in designing and implementing new processes, ensuring the impact on the current way of working is assessed and well understood;
- You co-create state-of-the-art solutions with experts and the impacted team to achieve sustainable change;
- You identify risks and initiate actions if timely qualitative process delivery is compromised;
- You work autonomously, as well as connect with relevant stakeholders and report to your leadership on a frequent basis;
- You facilitate the adoption of the new ways of working towards the impacted teams;
- You ensure up-to-date documentation is created and made available for relevant team members;
- Based on the knowledge you acquire and feedback gathered, you identify new opportunities for improvements in order to continuously raise the efficiency and business relevance of our processes.
- You obtained a Bachelor/Master degree in human resources, information management, or business engineering (or equivalent);
- You have relevant experience of at least 2 to 3 years;
- You have an excellent knowledge of English and Dutch or French;
- You love digging into the details and functional content, connecting with relevant experts to gather input and make consolidation in order to provide recommendations;
- You have an affinity with data, systems and applications, payroll processes, reward & social law topics;
- You possess following assets:
- A customer oriented attitude, with the ability to translate complex into simple;
- You have an adaptive communication style, varying from open, to assertive to diplomatic, enabling you to build up relationships and credibility at every level of our organization;
- An analytical, learning and problem-solving mindset;
- You can work independently and have a structured way of working;
- You are a team player, curious & proactive
- You have a sound knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of other MS Office applications (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook).
