Our partner active in the pharmaceutical sector is looking for a Purchasing Officer to partner with the Global Procurement team and other buyers to support and advance the global sourcing strategy operational & strategic projects.

Your key tasks are:

  • Support successful project delivery (cost, quality, time)
  • Manage Stakeholder relationships with internal customers and external suppliers
  • Help create market tenders, RFI, RFP.
  • Ensure key project drivers are successfully met and in compliance with the Procurement process
  • Identify potential suppliers and market opportunities & manage them.
  • Support Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) for the category
  • Help prepare audit & Compliance process reviews, as required

Profil:

  • Masters in engineering or business and/or procurement
  • +2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in Pharma, Food, FMCG
  • Knowledge of SAP Ariba
  • Excellent communicational skills with strong team spirit and sense of priorities
  • Fluent in French with professional proficiency in English
