  • Align between CARs the standard and actual (statistical) cost set-up
  • Coordinate and verify loading of statistical cost in ERP/BI
  • Continuously improve the cost calculation process
  • Provide standard to actual cost variance explanations
  • Provide ad hoc analysis in terms of profitability and ‘what if’ scenarios
  • Support industrial hub controller on iCube, inergize, purchasing savings and Opex bridge
  • Support reporting activities at plants level
Capex Controlling Activities
  • Manage the data collection of capex initiatives during the budget/forecast process, guarantee the alignment between the different stakeholders in terms of spending and cash out
  • Provide explanations on variances between budget - forecast scenario
  • Perform periodically checks to guarantee expenses are within scope of the approved project and ensure capex booked are well justified and depreciation starts on time.
  • Support the review capital expenditure request
