Introduction:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team to manage the product line of on-compressor parts. The Product Manager will be responsible for the entire product life cycle, including product development, product launch, and post-launch product management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for on-compressor parts
  • Identify customer needs and market trends to inform product development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful product launch and post-launch management
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including product specifications
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for on-compressor parts
  • Monitor and analyse product performance to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity, and adjust product strategy as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in product management
  • Experience in the compressor industry is a plus
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
