YOUR FUTURE JOB

As part of the Global Talent Center team, you will be the Product Owner of digital learning solutions in Melexis.

More specifically, you will:

Determine the vision and strategy of Melexis University and affiliated digital learning solutions in close collaboration with the business stakeholders and related process owner(s).
Translate that vision into a product development strategy through the mission board, project charter, key deliverables, epics and user stories and set up valid product metrics.
Be a knowledge hub about the product.
Drive the product backlog for continuous improvement.
Facilitate the communication between the project team(s) and the different stakeholders of the product for product development, improvement, implementation and operational support.
Be globally responsible for the implementation of the product roadmap to enable the end to end customer experience KPI’s.

YOUR PROFILE

You have a Bachelor/Master in Social sciences, Education Management, HR Management or alike.
You have solid knowledge of online learning principles and best practices in corporate university design; you have basic understanding of UX and UI.
You understand the neuroscience of learning and concepts of adult learning and are able to apply it in practice.
You have experience in learning content management and instructional design.
You have a working knowledge of CPMO and proven project management skills.
You are fluent in English; fluency in Dutch is a strong asset, but not a must.
You are a curious learner yourself, and you have a broad interest in HR and business topics.
