Based in Gosselies, the mission of Catalent Cell and Gene Therapy is to deliver optimized process industrialization capacities to cell therapy organizations, and speed up the arrival of their therapies onto the market. To lead its increasing number of development and manufacturing projects, Catalent Cell and Gene Therapy is looking for a highly motivated Production Support.

The Role

The Production Support is supporting all production and transversal activities inside and outside clean rooms; she/he:

• Performs all functions related to the processing of drug products and related to GMP. The specific responsibilities are differentiated according to the ability to perform the tasks and according to the level of control of the domain and equipment.
• Effectively communicates issues to experts and supervisors.
• Participate a continuous improvement.
• Revise and review the documentation.
• Respect and apply EHS in the working area.
• Obtain and maintain aseptic gowning qualification.
• Follows the initial and periodical training
• Assists department and performs other tasks.
• Initiates deviations when necessary.
• Respects safety rules and maintain a safe working area.
• Check mirrhia in the morning before entry ino the working area.
• Can be functionally managed by production shared service experts or any colleagues in production.
• Checks the “conform” status of its equipment and material before use.
• Executes the procedures/instruction for cleaning used to the area production and equipment.
• Is in charge of cleaning in the different production areas.
• Is in charge of monitoring in the different production areas.
• Is in charge of VHP of the different production areas.
• Ensures continuous improvement in her/his field and beyond and ensures the housekeeping of the production room (daily activities)
  

The Candidate

• Quality-minded, rigorous, autonomous, and proactive.
• Agility
• Good team spirit, able to work effectively in a good environment.
• Relevant experience in a similar position in the sector of Biotech/Pharma/Cell therapy.
• Experience in GMP environment, clean rooms cleaning and/or monitoring, and material preparation for production activities
• Fluent in French. Knowledge of English is a plus
• Computer skills: Microsoft office, ERP system
