Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable, hard-working production worker for our expanding operation. In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. You will need to be reliable and punctual, able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive.

Responsibilities

Starts and builds assemblies for all Micro CT

Monitors equipment to ensure that products are being assembled

Makes sure that workstation is clean and free of hazardous

Addresses problems with production equipment and machinery and fixes them as

Cleans equipment.

Assembles product parts by

Uses power tools to solder, weld, drill, and attach parts.

Observes and removes faulty product parts from assembly

Inspects assembled products to ensure they are up to quality

Packs up completed products and prepares them for first start-up of the

Keeps factory floor and workspace

Unloads, organizes, and stocks

Adheres to all safety guidelines dictation the production and handling of materials in the

Ensures that all production deadlines are

Reports issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrates ability to interpret equipment gauges and monitors on factory
  • Possesses knowledge of the structure and function of production
  • Is able to identify problems or malfunctions with machinery and
  • Demonstrates analytical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary to troubleshoot production issues .
  • Exhibits ability to work cautiously but efficiently in potentially hazardous
  • Is familiar with all factory safety procedures and
  • Demonstrates ability to use power tools safely and
  • Works efficiently and manages time
  • Possesses physical strength and stamina required to stand, walk, and lift for long periods of
  • Possesses physical dexterity necessary to assemble small and delicate product
