The job

An enthusiastic Program Coordinator who is committed to the preparation and daily implementation of a European loyalty program.

In other words:

  • Together with the Program Manager, you will work closely with our retail customers and suppliers, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction during the implementation and roll-out of the loyalty campaign.
  • You organize marketing activation and do the follow-up, without losing sight of deadlines.
  • You ensure that all customer data is correct and that all registration requirements are checked off.
  • You are the first point of contact for the retailer on all daily matters.
  • You ensure a smooth contact between the retailer’s logistics department and our supply chain management.
  • You support the Program Manager in sales analysis and reporting to various stakeholders

The profile

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) in business marketing.
  • You have min. 2 years of experience in project management and/or a commercial function.
  • You speak Dutch, French and English like no other. A word in German is a plus.
  • You are a born communicator who easily integrates into teams, regardless of their culture, location or specialization.
  • You are customer-oriented, proactive and strong in project and organizational work.
  • Your friends describe you as a practical problem solver.
