In order to further expand their Business Solutions offering by implementing a comprehensive digitalization strategy, Vyncke (located in Harelbeke) is hiring a Program Manager Industrial Digitalization. On the organization’s roadmap SmartPlantis one of the key Developments.

Key tasks

  • Digitalization Strategy: Together with the CEO and CTO further define and realize digital solutions and services, boosting the customers service business, as well as increasing drastically the operational feedback flow from realized projects.
  • Program Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams (internal & external) of engineers, data scientists and developers to drive the successful development and deployment of the SmartPlant IoT Solution. Provide clear direction, set goals and ensure alignment with the company’s objectives.
  • Project Management: Lead and oversee digitalization projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, allocate resources, set timelines and monitor progress to ensure successful and timely implementation.

    • Profile requirements

    - Master’s Degree in Civil, Industrial, Business Engineering or a related field.

    - Proven experience in leading and managing complex IoT or software development projects. Prior experience in the industrial or energy sector is a plus.

    - Familiarity with IoT platforms, cloud-based solutions, data analytics and machine learning.

    - Mature interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
