Mission

You will be responsible toplan and lead ADB Safegates phase out process with the goal of improving and streamlining operations processes across the organization by contributing projectleadership, process methodology, progress updates, and analytical & problem-solvingsupport to the teams. You will work in close collaboration with the supply chain, product management and sales organizations.

Main Responsibilities

Lead the planning and timing of the phase out process by product
  • Mapping of key affected suppliers, current stock of raw materials and finished goods
  • Planning of the commitments to suppliers and communicating timelines, last time buys and requirements across the supply chain
  • Fully understanding the contractual obligations with global install base and the interdependences for phase out execution
  • Close tracking of progress of each function during planning, phase out and end date phases
  • Providing the bridge between engineering, supply chain, commercial, product management and the executive committee
Define specific strategy for spare parts availability
  • With input from services and supply chain, identify the strategy for spare parts, inclusive of estimating quantities, time horizons for stock and understanding the overall impact to customers and key business metrics
Adaptation of master data
  • Input and audit selling status and base cost as phase process tollgates are met, with accountability for data accuracy and proper communication channels
Communication across the organization
  • Prepare communication strategy for internal and external audience, particularly to the current install base and internal sales organization
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Min. 5 years of professional experience as a consultant, advisor, or project manager with an understanding of supply chain, supplier management and product management
  • Min. Bachelor diploma or equivalent by experience
  • Strong motivation to take a cross-functional leadership role and in-depth knowledge of leadership methods
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale and detailed programs and projects
  • Agile mindset to identify and diagnose problems and find low-cost and innovative solutions
  • Instinctive ability to think in terms of process models and process improvement
  • Ability to navigate between hands-on analysis to problem solving leadership to operational project management
  • Experience in Transformation and/or Change Management programs is a plus
  • Ability to work across timezones with people from different nationalities and cultures.
  • Strong English communication skills written and oral - proficiency in Dutch, German, and/or French is a plus
