This role is a key position for the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across all insulation plants and divisions ; this includes initiating and facilitating projects / programs as well as creating support for project objectives in the organization, in line with requirements and business needs and conform project management guidelines.

Jobdescription

  • You assist in the development and implementation of a ‘best-in-class’ continuous improvement strategy.
  • Working together with the local lean / 6s project leaders will be the key to success: international coordination to be set up, lessons learned process to be implemented, monitoring metrics,… This includes operations as well as sales & marketing processes.
  • You work with project teams to ‘control’ the revised processes (including training, reporting and system enhancements).
  • You identify ongoing lean improvement training needs and assist with developing and implementing the required training (together with external service provider).
  • You manage CI projects portfolio.

Profile

  • You have a master in science or equivalent by experience.
  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in project
  • and / or guiding Lean / 6s projects.
  • You have knowledge on Quality Techniques (SPC, risk analysis methodology, …) and improvement tools (with strong focus on Lean / 6s, …) and their implementation.
  • You have good analytical skills.
  • You have the ability to convince, engage teams, change culture and show consistency and tenacity to implement tactically the defined strategies.
  • You have the ability to negotiate and communicate properly internally and externally.
  • You have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • You take initiative and leads by example.
