What success looks like in this role:

Be together with your colleagues the administrative point of contact for the European Commission contract at Unisys

  • Answering and follow-up of contract requests, extensions + others documents (CVs, offers, acceptances, replacements,...)
  • Send all the requests, extensions and others documents to the partners of our consortium.
  • Follow-up all requests with respect of the customers deadlines
  • Registration and follow-up of the active contracts
  • Maintain data in digital records

Be together with your colleagues the administrative point of contact for all freelancers working on our projects

  • Collect all information on new freelancers, creation and follow-up of the contracts
  • Responsible for all financial offers for Unisys consultants
  • Processing of freelance and supplier invoices

General

  • Since your direct contact with clients/vendors for follow-up and approvals, you have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (fluent in both French and English).
  • Since you have a lot of contacts with a diverse group of stakeholders (both internally and externally) you have the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Back-up of your colleagues in case of absence
  • Team player
  • You have a high sense of accountability & organization with a strong results orientation.
  • Critical thinking is of course necessary as well
  • Create purchase orders
