Project Consultant - Customer Service - Diegem

As a Project Consultant you will perform a project of 1 year as a customer service collaborator in Diegem.

You will receive a fixed contract. This vacancy offers a lot of diversity because a project usually lasts anywhere from 3 to 12 months. Every project entails a change in responsibilities and sector. Moreover, you will join the Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions team, the best and fastest growing outsourcing team in Belgium.

In this first project, you will start as a customer service collaborator. Some of your responsibilities:

• You are the contact person for customers in the UK and Benelux
• You are responsible for order management and keep the customer’s data up-to-date in the CRM systems
• You handle pricing management in accordance with the procedures of the department (prices, delivery dates, alternatives)
• You manage claim & return handling.

When this project ends, we ensure a seamless transition to the next assignment with another exciting company.

As a Project Consultant, you are eager to learn or deepen your current expertise and are looking for challenge and variety.

Your background includes:

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and you have already acquired experience in customer service
• You have been working with an ERP-system such as SAP, AS400, ...
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
• You are fluent in MS Office.
