FunctieomschrijvingClaim & invoice handling/ reporting
- Daily follow up on claims: send to suppliers, follow up replies and create status reports
- Daily follow up on manual debet/ credit notes: create on a timely manner in the system and send to involved stakeholders accordingly
- Visualise all daily manual jobs and quantify workload
- Study which tasks can be incorporated in current existing systems (PowerBi, Sharepoint, Teams, ...) and calculate potential benefit for all stakeholders
- Create masterschedule and visualise scope/ status of each project
- Process & monitor incoming forecast from customers and translate into Purchase forecast
- Fill the pipeline based on business plan & market forecast and secure 97% Allocation Service Rate for New Model projects (including inventory management)
- Follow up order status with supplier (backorder management) and follow up on customer outstanding inquiries with timely replies to ensure customer satisfaction
Education level: Bachelor degree or higher
