Our company is seeking a Project Controls Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, performance monitoring, and reporting on infrastructure projects. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to various smaller tasks as needed, showcasing your versatility and adaptability.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
  • Perform ongoing performance analysis and monitoring to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate insightful reports and visualizations to communicate project status and key metrics effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive project success.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, leveraging your expertise and experience.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel, including potential short trips for project-related activities.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project controls, planning, and performance monitoring within the infrastructure sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and build consensus.
  • Flexibility to undertake various tasks and travel as required.
