We are looking to expand our team in Genk (Limburg, BE) with a driven Project Coordinator. You’ll have the opportunity to grow into a Project Manager Role.

Key Responsibilities & Work Tasks:

  • Support the Project Manager with the management of Frontend development, Backend development, and integration of websites based on Magento eCommerce platform.
  • Track the progress and quality of work being performed by the development team.
  • Monitor project plans, work hours, ...
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project team.
  • Chair site team meetings and distribute minutes (if needed) to all project team members.
  • Keep Project Managers informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
  • Attend client meetings (upon request) and assist with project requirements.
  • Keep project documentation up to date.

We work in a fast-paced environment which will require great structure for planning and communication. Our projects are focused on OMNIchannel solutions and can vary in regards to size and complexity, but all equally important. In order to succeed in this role, you need to be customer-oriented and flexible. You are passionate about delivering the best solutions for our customers and have strong communication skills. You need to be a team player but be able to work independently. You are used to a dynamic environment and have the ability to structure your own time and projects in the best possible way.

What we expect from you:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non­-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and support multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent English both verbal and written. French is a plus.
  • Degree / Diploma in Information Technology / Informatics / Business/...

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working as a Product Owner in a Scrum process
  • Experience working with remote/offshore development teams.
  • Experience of working with JIRA
