Job Description

You act as the primary point of contact for projects/clients. Establish project requirements and align with internal stakeholders to devise production and logistics planning to ensure timely delivery. Conduct supply-chain risk analysis and implement control measures where necessary.

You prepare project documentation including Method statements, risk assessments and measurement sheets.

You are responsible for the continuous reporting on process adherence in-order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements (lessons learned) and opportunities for improvement and take initiative to drive improvements.

You support in negotiations and in broadening logistics solutions and concepts for future projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or passed commercial training focusing either on business or on logistics.

Able to manage multiple conflicting priorities, meet deadlines, exercise professional judgment in a constructive manner and deliver high quality results within required timeframes in a complex and dynamic environment.

Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and build sustainable internal and external business relationships.

Fluent in English. Proficiency in another European language would be an advantage.

Willingness to travel (to client, stakeholders, and work sites)
