As the ideal candidate, you are a skilled Process Engineer / Production Engineer with hands-on experience in filling and compounding processes. You possess a keen eye for detail and are passionate about optimizing production systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  • You oversee and optimize filling and compounding processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • You guide and coordinate utility connections (e.g., water, steam, air, gases) within production lines.
  • You work closely with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to integrate and improve systems.
  • You ensure all processes adhere to GMP regulations and participate in necessary training.
  • You identify and implement process improvements to enhance reliability and performance.
  • You support troubleshooting, validation, and commissioning of new or modified production equipment.

Requirements

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or related field).
  • You have experience with filling and compounding processes in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
  • You possess knowledge of utility systems and their integration within production environments.
  • You have an understanding of GMP standards and a willingness to undergo training.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • You can work in a cross-functional team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
