Client Details

In collaboration with a team of estimators, you study the specifications and plans.You analyse the projects requested from A to Z and formulate offers that best meet the customer’s requirements.To do this, you visit the construction sites in Flanders and get to know the specificities of the project, the customer, the project manager and the technicians.

Description

  • Analyze the specifications (public procurement)
  • Check the measurements
  • Analyze the different items in own execution. In order to present the best price offer, you propose the best means of execution, taking into account the various requirements and the impact on manpower, equipment and materials
  • Send and compare price requests for subcontracted positions
  • Collect all information to establish the total cost of the project (direct and indirect costs) for analysis and decision-making by management
  • Defend the technical and financial parts of the project at negotiation meetings with the client
  • Complete the assembly of the technical parts of the bidding / bidding documents and ensure very close verification of the technical conditions
  • Collaborate with the project manager and transfer the complete submission file to him/her

Offer

  • €500 a €600 /day depending of your experience

Profiles

  • You have a master’s degree in construction or industrial engineering
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the construction sector
  • A first successful experience in a quotation department is an asset
  • Experience in the field of public procurement
  • You are methodical, rigorous and organized
  • You are flexible, proactive and committed to creating business opportunities
  • You speak perfect Dutch and have a good knowledge of English
  • You are familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
