Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee cross-functional projects with a strong focus on product development, from concept to launch.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget, maintaining alignment with technical and operational objectives.
Coordinate efforts between internal departments (engineering, R&D, production) and external stakeholders.
Organize and facilitate project meetings, maintaining clear and up-to-date project documentation.
Drive informed decision-making, delegate responsibilities efficiently, and motivate team members.
Proactively identify project risks, resource limitations, and escalate issues when required.
Provide clear project status updates to management and ensure consistent communication across teams.
Support continuous improvement by refining project management tools, processes, and methodologies.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in a technical engineering discipline (e.g., Electromechanical, Industrial, or Product Engineering).
Demonstrated experience managing technical or industrial projects, preferably in a product development context.
Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills with a sharp eye for detail.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and perform under pressure.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a talent for energizing cross-functional teams.
Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
