Your mission

You Will

As a Tooling & Equipment engineer you and your team are responsible for the implementation of the necessary machines & installations to allow production to function optimally with the necessary attention to safety, quality, environment & ergonomics.
  • Implement improvements regarding the operation of the team
  • Draw up the technical specifications of tooling & equipment with a view to proper operation and standardization
  • Base yourself on input from the various departments of production, production engineering, logistics, infrastructure, maintenance and safety
  • Calculate and determine the technical capability and discuss this with the supplier
  • Draw up a time and financial plan and ensure adequate follow-up
  • Provide a smooth handover from tooling & equipment to operations. You ensure that all documentation is present before use
  • Monitor technological changes regarding tooling & equipment, both internally and externally
  • Work cross-functional with other departments from the technical side
Your experience
  • Master in engineering
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Experience with working with suppliers (also in the automotive sector is a bonus)
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is a bonus
  • Teamplayer, communicative and client-oriented
  • Fluent in Dutch & English
