Within this story we are looking for a Project Leader Health within the team Prevention (HR&O). Are you driven by HR topics, and are you willing to help build a stronger engagement culture with us? Your mission

Project Management

In this role you are in charge of various national projects (notably dealing with the follow up of health and prevention services providers), with many different stakeholders. You are responsible for daily follow up of projects and contribute to the information of different stakeholders including social partners. You also contribute to in-house trainings for target audiences.

Absenteeism and health related data

Based on large sets of data related to HR topics such as absenteeism or health related data, you conduct quantitative analysis and metrics - data crunching in Excel for trend analysis - tracking and summarizing figures for the Group Executive Committee.

Engagement Survey

You actively contribute to the preparation, implementation and coordination of engagement surveys. In order to be successful, this project requires teamwork with the colleagues from internal communication, HRBP’S, Interaction coaches, HR Field Support Advisers, business units, etc.

Your profile

You combine a curiosity to learn bpost’s different BU’s and activities (corporate, regional, national) with good Project Management skills (project manager, business analyst, data analyst or similar functions), an analytical mindset and an interest in Prevention.

We would like to emphasize the things below:

  • You are an analytical person, able to dive deep into the details and work with large and complex sets of data, while also keeping the overview and the hands-on approach to establish the link with our operations. You can think conceptually and assess the implications of your analysis.
  • You have the necessary interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders across the business. You are spontaneous, curious and you like to learn new things.
  • You are a dedicated worker and have demonstrated in previous experiences to take ownership and build autonomy to carry out assignments to completion.
  • You are an expert in the use of Excel. Any knowledge of other specific tools for data analysis is a plus.
  • Communication is mostly in French and Dutch, but if you also want to work at the group level, you should be able to communicate fluently in English.
  • A knowledge of the actors and processes within HRCC, Legal, Procurement would be nice to have.
  • A basis knowledge of the social legislation related to well-being, prevention and health at work would be considered as a plus.
