After a proper induction period, as Project Leader you will take responsibility for your own projects from design, follow-up, coordination to completion.

  • You provide design and drawing work.
  • You follow up order lists.
  • You send out price requests and compare incoming quotations.
  • You lead projects from the initial phase to completion in close consultation with the client.
  • You plan the projects.
  • Throughout the entire process, you are in close contact with various parties.
  • You carefully monitor project progress.
  • You delegate various tasks to the project team and work together with the relevant department heads.
  • You intervene in critical situations and help ensure that the desired end results are achieved.

Functie-eisen

As Project Leader, you possess the following qualities;

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field or engineering sciences.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in metal structures.
  • If you have experience in metal construction as a project engineer or designer and are ready to take the step towards project leader, you are also welcome to apply.
  • You have strong critical thinking skills.
  • You already have experience with 3D drawing software such as Solidworks or Tekla.
  • You enjoy working in a team.
  • You like taking responsibility and have a certain perseverance.
  • You have a valid VCA-VOL certificate or are willing to obtain one.
  • You have a valid driving licence B.
  • You are fluent in English with a willingness to learn Dutch.
