Your journey with us

You will:

  • Be involved in a wide range of activities within different types of Marketing and Communications projects;
  • Collaborate with other team members in the day-to-day project activities;
  • Provide operational support to the team in translating business requirements into concrete actions;
  • Contribute to the organization of meetings and related reporting
  • Contribute to the development of presenting materials;
  • Create dashboards for project reporting
  • Plan your projects and daily operations in partnership with all stakeholders;
  • Look for opportunities to optimize current processes throughout your projects;

Let’s Talk About You

  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree with relevant experience (3-5 years);
  • You have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken; plus Dutch and/or French
  • You have an analytical mindset
  • You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • You are communicative and a true teamplayer;
  • You are motivated and eager to learn;
  • You are capable to work on different domains simultaneously;
  • You are flexible, reliable and detail oriented;
  • You work in a structured way and have a pro-active mindset;
  • You are able to integrate information into tangible content, solve problems quickly and efficiently;
  • You are able to independently plan and manage your priorities and daily operations;
  • You keep an eye on interdependencies between different ongoing projects;
  • Your reliability, flexibility and respect for others make sure you can build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
