We are excited to be recruiting for a dedicated Project Manager – Artwork change implementation to join our Project Management Team. Ideally this role will be based in our Nazareth,Belgium location but we are open to considering some of ourother European offices, including Herrenberg,Germany.

This position will suit an experienced project managerwho is seeking a new challenge and has the desire to make a difference. The purpose of this role is to ensure timely and accurate implementation ‘artwork’ change management projects (for example, safety, regulatory compliance or business related changes involving a large number of products, components and territories) in order to minimize potential for out of stock situations, write off or recall in any CSCI territory.

Main Responsibilities

• Defines project schedules with cross functional teams and leads them to deliver complex / valuable artwork change management projects within defined schedules
• Directs project related activities of teams for the duration of their involvement in delivery (implementation - new artworks on pack)
• Responsible for managing multiple artwork change projects concurrently across EU geographies
• Accountable for project planning (working with relevant functions and locations to identify specific requirements in country, supply, planning and others), execution, tracking, scope management, reporting and reconciliation to ensure ALL within scope artworks are implemented on time.
• Responsible for effective deployment, maintenance and ongoing improvement of the project management process and contributing to continuous improvement and efficient control of artwork change management processes.
• Works closely with business functional areas including but not limited to artwork teams, commercial teams, planning and supply, manufacturing (internal and external) RA/QA/ patient safety, together with managers, VP and EVPs to articulate project status, key issues, potential solutions to challenges
• Ensure project documentation is clear, well organized, accessible, and accurate and that required implementation dates are met
• Attends, as required, Stage Gate meetings, Quality Management reviews or other relevant business forums to communicate project status
• Helps drive continuous improvement in the artwork processes, working with Artwork teams, affiliates and central teams to ensure robust, quality processes that minimize potential for error and improve efficiency. Helps define issues, solutions and leads implementation
• Manage other related tasks / projects from time to time, as required by the business and commensurate with the role
  

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 6 years project management experience in a similar field with degree level education or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in regulated selfcare / healthcare industries including multi-site / multi discipline / artwork projects
• Good business acumen with clear understanding of requirements for timely, accurate labelling
• Good understanding of supply chain processes – planning, sku set up & change management
• End to end artwork processes across multiple geographic locations and in various languages, regulated healthcare / selfcare processes
• Experience and confidence with artwork management platforms such as AMS
• Strong leadership skills, high degree of emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and guide at all levels
• Strong Team player with ability to build relationships with senior personnel and colleagues effortlessly
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A driven self-starter with the ability to utilise their own initiative in a timely, compliant manner
• A change driver, capable of seeing the project through to the end, fully documented and proven to be effective
