• ERP/CRM strategy advice and blueprinting services
• Implementing and leading Dynamics 365 CE & Finance and Operations projects and programs
• Implementing power platform as automation enabler
• Business partnering and Quality Assurance advise

Together with our colleagues from the Digital Enablement business unit we implement the full Microsoft eco system with D365 and the power platform as a core element of digital transformation.

Your role:

As a project manager you will be involved in leading large ERP / CRM enabled business transformations, overseeing the successful delivery of the project within time, budget and according to the KPMG quality standards and methodology. These business transformation projects can take multiple years and include besides an ERP/CRM implementation also, strategy, Target Operating Model, process optimization, change management related services.

Our customers rely on KPMG to take ownership on key positions that determine the success or failure of the project. This requires IT knowledge as well as soft skills including good communication, leadership, building customer relations, and a strong dedication to quality. Due to the business-critical nature of our projects you will report both to the C-level sponsors of the customers and the KPMG leadership.

Next to your key responsibility to lead the project team, you will also, as a member of enterprise solutions, act as a coach for other team members and further expand the business unit by assisting in business development, developing market offerings, and writing proposals.

Skills & Qualifications

• You have minimum of 6 years hands-on experience in CRM/ERP implementations of which at least 4 years as a project manager.
• You have the skillset to establish credibility at C-level, manage stakeholders and build long term partnerships.
• You work independently, as well as in project teams and take ownership and responsibility.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is preferred.
• You have a certification in PMI, Prince2, Agile or other project management methodologies.
• You have adequate knowledge of the D365 platform and or Power platform to allow you to steer your team.
• You know how to motivate a team and possess leadership capabilities
• Knowledge of other ERP, CRM platforms is considered a plus
