Project Management | IT and digital | 1086244
Your new role
In a multi-disciplinary context (digital, retail, supply chain, etc.), we are looking for a junior project manager to strengthen the IT team. In close collaboration with the Director of Information Systems (CIO), and in constant contact with the various business lines of the company, your main missions will be:
1. The project manager will be responsible for the proper functioning of the various applications of the information system and you will pilot and maintain the data exchanges between these different solutions
2. Lead, with the CIO, various large-scale transformation projects (ERP, PLM, CRM, BI, etc.) supporting the growth
3. Marketing & e-commerce project coordination on commercial projects
What you will need to succeed
Your are motivated, organized and autonomous person. You hold a master’s qualification or equivalent with an IT focus. You have a first experience of at least 3 years, if possible in the field of Digital or Retail. You will master the languages HTML, CSS, SQL and the Office suite.
Knowledge of ticketing management tools and UX concepts is a plus. English is essential.

In close collaboration with the Director of Information Systems (CIO), and in constant contact with the various business lines of the company, your main missions will be:
1. The project manager will be responsible for the proper functioning of the various applications of the information system and you will pilot and maintain the data exchanges between these different solutions
2. Lead, with the CIO, various large-scale transformation projects (ERP, PLM, CRM, BI, etc.) supporting the growth
- You will participate in the analysis and identification of business needs and constraints
- You will be involved in the search for technical solutions meeting business and business expectations
- You will participate in the drafting of the functional specifications and the definition of retroplanning
- You will monitor and progress the project, as well as its documentation
- You will work in close collaboration with external providers according to the needs of the project
- You will support all phases of testing, acceptance and feedback of the project
3. Marketing & e-commerce project coordination on commercial projects
- You will participate in the definition of needs in terms of development and identification of the implications for marketing projects (new features, launch of commercial operations, etc.)
- You will be the guarantor of deliverables from the development team: budget, schedule, recipe
- You will coordinate and support the e-commerce manager on the evolution of the e-commerce platform (flow development, product management, site content management improvements)
