The Role

What You Will Do
  • Collect all requirements and define the scope including internal/external acceptance tests and exclusions
  • Validate and control the scope
  • Plan the project budget and estimate, determine and control cost
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control
  • Conduct the functional specification for supplier, select suppliers and oversee purchasing process
  • Leading a Project team of different specialisms
  • Planning of projects, change requests and call-duty schedule
  • Report the status of a project on a regular base
  • Be the spoc to the customer
  • A generalist to be able to discuss a logistic system with a customer
  • Contract Management
What You Bring To Us

What We Are Looking For
  • Technical-Know-how (Intralogistics, Plant Construction, Productionlaunch-Management or Automation)
  • PM toolset (e.g. MS Project) and methodology
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Team player with conflict resilience and “can do” mentality in fast moving business environment
  • Solid communicator with ability to extract key messages and decision point
  • Strong leadership skillset with a sense of entrepreneurship
  • Experience in Project Management and leading a team of engineers.
  • Have a structured, punctual and analytical approach.
  • Experience in change management
