Project Manager

Keystone Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for a dynamic consultancy engagement with one of our clients. This role involves managing one or multiple projects to ensure timely delivery within the scope, budget, and quality expectations set by the client, following their established project methodologies. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, youll play a pivotal role in stakeholder communication and project reporting, adding value by leveraging our consultancy models agility and access to Keystones extensive resources and support network.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will:

• Support Business Case Development:
  • Assist the client, in coordination with their BRP (Business Relationship Partner), to develop business cases using the clients processes and procedures.
  • Identify constraints, risks, and dependencies and build a network with specialists at the client site and among suppliers for seamless project execution and visibility.
• Project Initiation and Planning:
  • Estimate resources and costs, align technical direction with the architect, and assess regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CISO).
  • Define detailed project scope, planning, and budget, and communicate it during the project kick-off.
  • Validate solutions, resource estimates, and costs with experts and team members, plan communications, and coordinate training for smooth transition to support.
  • Provide all essential information to contract management.
• Project Governance:
  • Track the financial status, scope, capacity, and timeline, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress, scope adherence, and necessary adjustments.
  • Manage risks and issues with the project team, escalating to management or the client when needed, and work with the team to devise solutions.
  • Oversee change requests, secure approval via the steering committee, and coordinate transitions for handover to end-users.
  • Ensure cohesion between internal and external teams and lead interim project evaluations with the project team.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Maintain transparent communication with the Business Project Manager about project progress and accomplishments.
  • Deliver status updates to B-IT and client stakeholders per governance standards, track actual costs, efforts, and progress, and prepare for steering committee meetings.
  • Inform the portfolio manager on project status, equipping them with insights to manage portfolio priorities.
• Project Closing:
  • Conduct a closing meeting with the client and project team, document "lessons learned," and manage the transition to operations and support with relevant documentation and training.
• Project Team Management:
  • Plan and allocate resources, foster a positive team environment, resolve conflicts, monitor workload, and maintain effective project team progress.
  • Proactively manage capacity needs and anticipate project challenges to ensure efficient and quality delivery.
• Knowledge Management:
  • Stay updated on IT market trends, continuously develop project management and soft skills, and actively share knowledge within the project management community at Keystone Solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, with a strong background in people management and change management.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in IT platforms, software, and solutions (Infrastructure, Telecom, Application, Solution).
  • Foundational understanding of Scrum, ECM, or SAP; familiarity with IT4IT standard architecture.
  • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Certifications: Preferred certifications include ITIL©, PMP©, Prince2©, SCRUM, or PM2©.
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (both written and spoken).
