We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead various projects to successful completion. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage project scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Define, document, and execute projects or sub-projects, ensuring smooth transition into service
  • Apply project management methods and tools, identify and manage risks, and prepare comprehensive project plans
  • Track activities against the project schedule, monitor costs, times, quality, and resources used, and take corrective actions as needed
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to scope, while managing stakeholder involvement and providing regular status reports
  • Define and manage scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization activities, facilitating input from stakeholders and ensuring traceability to source
  • Carry out risk management activities, develop mitigation strategies, and report to the business
  • Act as a contact point between the organization and suppliers, support contract performance data collection, and create standard reports
  • Deputize for higher-grade staff (Senior Project Manager) and perform other duties as required

Qualifications And Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in information systems, physics, electronics, or another relevant scientific or engineering discipline
  • At least 2 years of post-related experience in the relevant field. In exceptional cases, the absence of a degree may be compensated by 6 years of extensive and progressive experience in related duties
  • A recognized formal Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2 Practitioner, Project Management Professional - PMP). Lack of formal qualifications can be compensated by demonstrated expertise and experience
  • Recent experience (less than 3 years) in C4isr Project Management and/or development projects for large organizations
  • Experience with Project Management tools, managing cost and labor
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, using tact and diplomacy with good briefing skills
  • Security Clearance: The candidate must possess a valid security clearance
